titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic resin composition with high flowability, excellent chemical resistance, impact resistance and excellent gloss and moldings obtainable therefrom |
abstract | A thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance, chemical resistance, flowability and high gloss (A) 1 to 80 parts by weight of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer resin comprising a monomer having one or more functional group (s) capable of reacting with polyester, wherein the functional group capable of reacting with polyester is derived from an unsaturated compound of the following Chemical Formula 1, maleic anhydride or maleic acid. <Chemical Formula 1> in which each R 3, R 4 and R 5 independently comprises H, a C 1 -C 12 alkyl or unsaturated alkyl, a C 6 -C 14 aryl, a C 1 -C 12 alkyl substituted aryl or unsaturated alkyl substituted aryl; Y is ether (-O-), carboxy (-O- [C = O] -, - [O = C] -O-), C1-C12 alkylene, C6-C14 arylene or C1-C12 alkyl substituted arylene stands; x is o or 1; Z is an epoxy, carboxylic acid, isocyanate, oxadiazole, amine or hydroxy radical, when Y is ether (-O-) or carboxy (-O- [C = O] -, - [O = C] -O-), each R1 and R2 is independently C2-C12 alkylene, C6-C14 -Arylene or C1-C12-alkyl-substituted arylene, and when Y is C2-C12 alkylene or C6-C14 arylene or alkyl-substituted arylene, Y is represented by (R1-Y-R2); (B) 1 to 98 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin comprising (B1) 5 to 40% by weight of a graft-polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin and (B2) 60 to 95% by weight of a styrene-acrylonitrile resin and containing 20% by weight or less of acrylonitrile; and (C) 1 to 98 parts by weight of a polyester resin, wherein the total resin composition comprises a proportion of 1 to 13% by weight of acrylonitrile. |
