titleOfInvention Process for the generation of nanocrystalline or nanocrystalline metal oxide and metal mixed oxide layers on barrier layer-forming metals
abstract The task was to apply reproducible layers with coatable properties and specificity which can be influenced within wide limits while maintaining the adhesive strength, and to reduce the environmental impact and the economic outlay for carrying out the coating process. According to the invention, a galvanic electrolysis in a specific composition of the electrolyte is proposed, which contains as complexing agent nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) and / or diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA). Such coatings are used, for example, in catalysis, in particular photocatalysis, and as carriers for macromolecular complexes, for example in dye cells.
