titleOfInvention Pressure sensor and method for pressure detection
abstract Disclosed is a pressure sensor 1 for the remote sensing of a pressure wave, with at least one pressure-sensitive piezoelectric sensor element 4, the at least one electrode structure 8 is associated with the excitation of a surface acoustic wave 10. According to the invention, the surface acoustic wave 10 can be modulated by means of the pressure wave, wherein the modulated surface wave 10 forms a remotely interrogatable measured variable for pressure detection. Further disclosed is a method for pressure detection according to which an acoustic surface wave is excited by means of at least one arranged on the surface of a sensor body 4 electrode structure 8 and modulated by a force acting on the sensor body 4 pressure wave.
