abstract | Disclosed is a pressure sensor 1 for the remote sensing of a pressure wave, with at least one piezoelectric sensor element 2, wherein the sensor element 2 has at least one electrode structure for exciting a surface acoustic wave. According to the invention, at least one pressurizable electronic component 4 is provided, wherein the surface acoustic wave signal can be modulated as a function of a pressure-dependent characteristic value of the component 4 and forms a remotely sensible measured variable for pressure detection. Further disclosed is a method for pressure detection according to which a surface acoustic wave is excited by means of at least one arranged on the surface of a sensor body 2 electrode structure and is modulated in dependence of a pressure-dependent characteristic value of an electronic component. |
