The invention relates to a process for the diastereomerically pure and enantiomerically pure preparation of bicyclic and tricyclic compounds by racemate resolution. Alcohols, thiols or amines are salified with a dicarboxylic acid or a dicarboxylic acid derivative and subsequent reaction of the resulting intermediate with an enantiomerically enriched base. By crystallization and subsequent cleavage of the dicarboxylic acid, the desired alcohol or the thiol or amine is obtained, in particular one of the compounds I to III of the following Scheme 3. X = OH, SH, NH 2 , NHR, NHAr R = H, alkyl, aryl, halogen, R '= H, alkyl, aryl, halogen R '' = H, alkyl, aryl, halogen. |
