titleOfInvention Process for structuring a layer of silicone and using a mixture developed therefor
abstract The invention relates to a method for structuring a layer of silicone. For this purpose, a layer of silicone is first provided and then at least partially exposed to ultraviolet light of a wavelength of 10 nm to 400 nm. The selective dissolution of the exposed areas is carried out by means of a developer containing a mixture of an aliphatic alcohol and a lye in the ratio of 2: 1 to 1: 2. The invention furthermore relates to the use of a mixture of an aliphatic alcohol and a lye in a ratio of 2: 1 to 1: 2 which has been specially developed for carrying out this process as a developer for selective dissolution of areas exposed to ultraviolet light of a wavelength of 10 nm to 400 nm from a layer of silicone.
