The object of the invention is to provide a method and a device for the agglutination-based detection of specific diseases via a blood test, with which the agglutination properties of red blood cells (erythrocytes, RBCs) are analyzed and evaluated in conjunction with special lectins for disease diagnosis and for determining individual disease risks , as a result of which presymptomatically possible complications in the patient are recognized and avoided by suitable, early, individual therapy. According to the invention the object is achieved in that a) dosed a substrate amount of a transparent buffer solution, mixed, preheated and then irradiated by light, that b) in a first measurement step, the initial intensity I A of the transparent buffer solution is measured c) the reference intensity I 0 is measured in a second measuring step and the starting extinction E 0 is calculated from the ratio of the intensities I 0 and I A d) the measured data are stored as vector V 1j , that e) the clearly classified states "positive"("pathological") and "negative"("healthy") are output and that f) the result with the "uncertain" state in a column vector V 2i, together with other column vectors, stored and classified. The invention relates to a method and a device for agglutination-based detection of specific ... |
