titleOfInvention | Process and plant for the creation of an alternative treatment plant for the treatment of municipal, industrial and agricultural wastewater and sludge |
abstract | The wastewater treatment has a tradition of about 150 years. During this time, a process has developed which is considered as state of the art. Although this method meets the requirements, it is complicated and costly. The new process breaks up the rigidly retracted technology and simplifies it. In several process steps, only gravity is used, the only energy that is available everywhere and does not cost. In this way, an "alternative wastewater treatment plant" was created, which is easier for the same capacity in the process and cheaper in investment and operating costs and requires only a fraction of the previously required area. The most important feature of the invention is that the pulps are separated with a new process from the wastewater just after entering the sewage treatment plant. The mechanically purified water can be cleaned faster, easier and cheaper. New ways are also taken in the sludge treatment. The sludge is considered as an energy source or material that should be used accordingly. According to the condition for the use of the sludge is created by economic dehydration to 95-98% TS. |
