titleOfInvention ChemBioNet component analysis using a stable cell-based TetR-KRAB luciferase detection system (TIS 10 cells)
abstract The invention relates to the use of gene constructs under the regulation of promoter constructs containing cis-acting elements which contain binding sites for the tetracycline repressor protein and are stably integrated into eukaryotic cells, and a second construct comprising the Tet repressor with the TetKRAB protein integrates into the same eukaryotic cell to screen for active substances that interfere with transcriptional processes in eukaryotic cells.
