abstract |
The present invention relates to a galvanotechnisches method for the deposition of coatings on in particular decorative articles consisting of an alloy of platinum and rhodium. The method according to the invention is characterized in that certain conditions are used in which the electrodeposited layer exhibits, contrary to expectations, high brightness, which comes very close to the appearance of silver. |
