titleOfInvention A method for deriving medical quantities from a sequence of medical image data, medical device and analysis system
abstract Method for deriving medical variables from a sequence of medical image data which are recorded with a camera (4), whereby individual images (11) of the image sequence are stored and at least one medical quantity is derived and displayed from a plurality of individual images (11), wherein during recording the sequence metadata (17) are recorded, which provide information about the recording conditions and the individual images (11) are assigned and such data as metadata (17) are recorded, which affect the brightness of the image data, characterized in that as metadata ( 17) for the brightness correction (13) set gain factors of a picture-taking camera (4) and times at which they were changed, are recorded and derived as medical size blood flow in a tissue or vein area from the image sequence and the camera ( 4) by different amplification factors is adapted to a different strong fluorescence of a male tissue or vein area, in which a fluorescent dye is applied to determine the blood flow.
