abstract |
The present invention relates to a sedimentation-stable sol which contains at least one further metal salt in addition to a copper (II) salt, wherein an additive contained ensures that the metal salts contained in the sol are dissolved or remain in dispersion. The sol is also useful in the process of the present invention for producing a mixed metal oxide layer on a substrate, wherein the mixed metal oxide layer has a delafossite structure. Likewise, according to the invention, a substrate comprising a metal mixed oxide layer with delafossite structure and its possible uses are specified. |
