abstract The invention relates to a method, an expression strain and a vector for the expression of heterologous genes. The method according to the invention comprises the following steps: - producing at least one expression vector; Cloning at least one heterologous target gene into the expression vector; - preparing a Rhodobacter capsulatus expression strain; Introducing the recombinant expression vector into the cells of the expression strain and - Expression of the heterologous target gene in the cells of the expression strain. The invention comprises Expressionsstammm Rhodobacter capsulatus cells of the bacterium, which are modified by integration of a T7 RNA polymerase gene is under the control of Rhodobacter-specific promoter P fru into the recA gene of Rhodobacter capsulatus chromosome. The vector of the invention is based on the plasmid pBBR22b, wherein the vector differs from pBBR22b by one or more of the following modifications: - deletion of the lacI gene; Insertion of the aphlI gene of the Tn5 transposon under the control of the Km promoter; Polylinker downstream of a T7 promoter and / or Polylinker downstream or upstream of the Km promoter of the aphl1 gene.
