Use of a lubricant composition as a super tractor universal oil for lubricating hydraulic, transmission, gear, PTO and moisture braking systems, the lubricant composition comprising: a) an oil of lubricating viscosity having a viscosity index of at least 95, formulated with additive components, comprising: i) at least one metal detergent consisting of oil-soluble neutral and / or overbased sulfonates, phenates and / or sulfurized phenates of a metal; ii) at least one phosphorus-based wear inhibitor with phosphorus in an amount of 200 to less than 400 ppm based on a fully formulated composition; iii) at least one oil-soluble molybdenum compound; b) characterized in that a ratio between a content (ppm) of metal derived from the metal detergent and based on the total weight of the lubricating oil composition and a measure of the alkali content of the lubricant composition (mg KOH / g) is in a range of 210 to 450 (ppm / mg KOH / g); c) a ratio between the content (ppm) of the metal derived from the metal detergent and based on the total weight of the lubricant composition and a content (ppm) of phosphorus derived from the phosphorus-based wear preventing agent and the total weight of the Lubricant composition is in a range of 5.0 to 20.0 (ppm / ppm); and d) a ratio between the content (ppm) of phosphorus derived from the phosphorus-based wear prevention agent and based on the total weight of the lubricant composition and a content (ppm) of molybdenum, which is based on the total weight of the lubricant composition, in one Range from 0.5 to 80.0 (ppm / ppm). |
