titleOfInvention Process for the preparation of silicon-containing products
abstract Described are methods for the preparation of dimeric and / or oligomeric silanes and reaction of such silanes with organosiloxanes. The dimeric or oligomeric silanes or mixtures thereof can be prepared by reacting silanes containing 2 or 3 OR groups with water. After this reaction with water, an exchange of radicals bonded to Si takes place by different radicals. The further reaction of these dimeric and / or oligomeric silanes with organosiloxanes leads to polysiloxanes having functional groups. The resulting polysiloxanes are suitable, inter alia, for the coating of textile fabrics.
