abstract The invention relates to a preparation containing water and a) a hydrophilic polyester obtainable from at least one dicarboxylic acid, at least one polyalkylene glycol and at least one monofunctional alcohol, b) optionally one or more surfactants and c) optionally one or more organic solvents. An example of a dicarboxylic acid is phthalic acid, for a polyalkylene glycol is polyethylene glycol and for a monofunctional alcohol is isononyl alcohol. The preparation is suitable for the hydrophilic inline coating of polyester films.
