titleOfInvention Process for the production of implants and components by direct shaping
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing implants and components by direct shaping. The invention has for its object to provide a way to produce implants and / or components while avoiding the disadvantages of the prior art. According to the invention, the object is achieved with a method for producing implants or components by first producing a mold for the implants or components to be produced, wherein occurring changes in geometry are taken into account during the after-treatment after removal of the implants or components and furthermore at least partial regions of the mold are provided with a structured surface for transferring this structure to the surfaces of the implants or components in such a way that the raw material is introduced into the mold, that after a certain residence time in the mold, the hardened raw material is removed from the mold, wherein the implants or components in addition to the geometry have taken over the structured surface of the mold, and then that the demoulded implants or components are subjected to any necessary aftertreatment.
