The invention relates to a method for producing an angiographic image of a vascular system of a body to be examined by means of magnetic resonance technique, comprising the following steps: Recording a first set of k-space data of the area to be examined using a contrast-free magnetic resonance angiography technique, - Recording a second set of k-space data of the area to be examined using a contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography technique and Generating an angiographic image of the area to be examined by using both first measurement data of the first data set and second measurement data of the second data set. Furthermore, the invention relates to a magnetic resonance apparatus for carrying out such a method. |
