With the method according to the invention, adhesive-free connections of two or more bodies of mutually incompatible - incompatible - polymers are produced, wherein at least one body consists of a (partially) halogenated polymer. The bonding surface of at least one of the bodies to be joined is exposed to an electrical plasma and sprayed with a liquid prior to bonding the bodies. The composite of mutually incompatible polymers has increased bonding strength in the bonding area. The composite body comprises a plurality of layers, at least one layer of which contains a recess which forms a chamber in the composite body. The composite body is suitable for micromechanical and microbiological examinations. In the chamber, a cell culture can be created and exposed to various fluids. The behavior of the cell culture can be observed. |
