titleOfInvention Process for flue gas desulfurization with hygroscopic scrubbing liquid and waste heat utilization with heat transformation
abstract methodnfor flue gas desulfurization, in which the desulfurization with anDesulphurizer (1) with a hygroscopic liquidntakes place as a carrier medium for the reactive suspensionnand wherein the reaction temperature is above the suspension dew pointnand the concentration of the hygroscopic liquid in thenSuspension circuit is set and the desulfurized flue gasn(2) in a second absorption stage (3) with a hygroscopicnWorking solution is dehumidified in an absorber circuitnand the working solution increased in the absorber atnTemperatures heats up and this heat in a heat exchangern(5) provides as useful heat, wherena part of the solution is carved out and in a heatednDesorber (7) is concentrated before returning to the working solutionnis supplied and the resulting Desorberbrüdenncondensed under release of useful heat in a condenser (6)nand delivered as a distillate. By increasing thenReaction temperature and the addition of dissolved electrolytesnthe effectiveness of desulphurisation is increased. NextnThe gypsum produced as a product is additionally produced by the processnUseful heat and process water recovered from the flue gas.
