ThenMethod of the invention uses a stationary mold with evaporation pits,nwhich contain a vapor deposition element, such as a target electrode,nand a slidable movable mold. A primary casting is performed tona body part andnto form a cover member, the connecting parts around the openingnexhibit. The bodypartnremains in the vertically sliding form and is steamed after itnwas densely covered by the Evaporation wells. Then benthe steamed body partnand the cover member remaining in the respective shapes with each othernaligned and clamped together, with molten materialnis injected to connect the connecting parts together. |
