The invention relates to a method for improving the electrical properties of a nanoelectronic structure containing electrically conductive or semiconducting nanowires and / or nanotubes with a diameter of less than 20 nm, the structure produced by the method, and their use. The method is based on the dielectrophoretic deposition of metal ions and comprises the following steps: a.) arranging the nanoelectronic structure between at least two electrodes, b.) applying a metal salt solution to the nanowires and / or nanotubes, c.) applying an alternating voltage to the electrodes so that electric fields are formed at imperfections of the nanowires and / or nanotubes and metal is deposited at least at the defects. The invention is interesting for the manufacture or repair of electronic components and circuits, as well as for the production of sensors for tensile, bending or compressive stress. |
