titleOfInvention | Solid electrolytic capacitor and its production |
abstract | Solid electrolytic capacitor (100) with: an aluminum substrate (1) having a roughened surface, an anodization layer (2) formed on the roughened surface of the aluminum substrate (1), a polystyrene sulfonate layer (4) formed on a portion of the anodization layer (2), and a conductive polymer layer layer (20; 5; 6) formed as a solid electrolyte on the polystyrene sulfonate layer (4) so that the polystyrene sulfonate layer (4) is joined between the anodization layer (2) and the conductive polymer layer layer the polystyrene sulfonate layer (4) comprises a reaction product of a polystyrene-sulfonic acid solution and a chemical substance comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of amine, amine salt prepared by reaction of an amine and an organic acid, ammonium salt of an organic acid or an inorganic acid and ammonia water, and is obtainable by immersing the aluminum substrate (1) in an aqueous solution and drying the aluminum substrate (1), the aqueous solution being prepared by adding the chemical substance to the aqueous solution. |
