titleOfInvention Layer with embedded in a Katuschukmischung reinforcements and pneumatic vehicle tires with a belt bandage therefrom
abstract The invention relates to a sheet having reinforcing members for the belt bandage of pneumatic vehicle tires embedded in an unvulcanized rubber compound, wherein the reinforcing members within the sheet are substantially parallel to each other and hybrid cords consisting of a first twisted yarn having a high elastic modulus of at least 25,000 N / mm 2 and a second twisted yarn having a low elastic modulus of not more than 15,000 N / mm 2 , which are end-twisted with each other. Furthermore, the invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire, comprising a belt bandage from such a situation. The yarn having the high elastic modulus has a fineness ≦ 840 dtex and the yarn having the low elastic modulus has a fineness ≦ 940 dtex. Furthermore, the invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire, comprising a belt bandage with such a situation.
