abstract |
In the method according to the invention, the following steps are carried out. a) Provide an immobilized bait. b) contacting the immobilized bait with a solution containing a library of molecules. c) Contacting immobilized baits with competitors with molecules. d) Propagation of the molecules still bound to the bait after the specificity washing step. e) repeating steps b) to d), whereby the concentration of the competitors per round of selection is increased. f) Identification of the structure of the molecules remaining after the last round of selection. The selected compounds obtained by this method can be used to treat the diseases of cancer or to reduce the pathogenicity of viral agents such as HIV-1 or hepatitis C. In particular, the compounds according to the sequences 1 to 5 are suitable. |
