Stacked OLED structure |
abstract |
A stacked organic light-emitting device comprising: a substrate; a first electrode; a second electrode; a plurality of luminescence regions disposed between the first and second electrodes; and an intermediate electrode which is arranged between successive luminescence regions, wherein at least one of the plurality of luminescent regions comprises a mixing region, wherein the mixing region comprises a mixture of a first material and a second material and optionally a dopant, wherein at least one of the first material, the second material and the dopant is an emitter, and wherein the first and second materials have different electron and hole transport capacities from each other, the first and second materials being bipolar transporting materials. |
