titleOfInvention Device for targeted heating
abstract The invention relates to a device for the targeted heating of located in a biological tissue of a body part (13) magnetizable or magnetic material which is arranged between coaxially aligned coils (1) having an alternating magnetic field having a frequency of at least 50 kHz and a field strength of at least 5 kA / m, and which are mutually adjustable on their common longitudinal axis, wherein the coils are at least two air coils (1) which are adapted to induce a heating of the magnetizable or magnetic material by magnetic losses in the current-carrying state, and wherein the device has at least one receiving device (2) for the body part (13) to be treated. The coils (1) are mechanically held by their electrical connections. The coils (1) have such a distance to the body part (13) to be treated, that a lateral access to the treatment space between the coils (1) and an imaging monitoring by means of ultrasound and therapy simultaneously on the body part (13) are possible. In the receiving device (2) is a non-magnetizable and electrically non-conductive fixing and compression unit.
