titleOfInvention | Process for the fermentative production of L-amino acids using coryneform bacteria |
abstract | The invention relates to a process for the preparation of L-amino acids, in which the following steps are carried out: a) cultivation of the desired L-amino acid-producing recombinant coryneform bacteria in which at least one or more of the heterologous polynucleotides of the glycerol metabolism (glycerol metabolism) selected from the group glpA, glpB, glpC, glpD, glpE, glpF, glpG, glpK, glpQ, glpT, glpX, gldA, dhaK, dhaL, dhaM, dhaR, fsa and talC are expressed, in a glycerol or optionally additionally containing one or more further C sources under conditions in which the desired L-amino acid is enriched in the medium or in the cells, and optionally b) isolating the desired L-amino acid, optionally leaving components of the fermentation broth and / or biomass in the end product in their entirety or in proportions (> 0 to 100%), and bacteria in which additional genes of the biosynthetic pathway of the desired L-amino acid are amplified or in which the metabolic pathways are at least partially eliminated, which reduce the formation of the desired L-amino acid, is used. |
