In order to enable a determination of the distribution of the blood flow in the microvessels and the mass exchange taking place over awake people, a method for determining the perfusion distribution of an indicator between a tissue and tissue-penetrating blood streams of a blood circulation through which blood flows is proposed, whereby the indicator is first injected into the bloodstream by means of a single shock injection and then stimulated to a measurable response by means of radiation or by means of a field, and the response of the indicator is measured by means of a measuring device aimed at the tissue and an increase in an intensity of the response as a measure of the Perfusion is determined. |
