titleOfInvention Pressure vessel in a simple design
abstract In the patent an arrangement for a novel pressure vessel made of fiber composite material is described. In particular, high-pressure container according to the prior art require a lot of effort in their production. According to the invention, it is possible to construct a simple pressure vessel from a carbon fiber epoxy tube (1) closed with two cast steel end pieces (2) and braced by carbon fiber epoxy clamping jaws (3). The new arrangement fully exploits the high strength of the carbon fiber epoxy resin composite. The pressure vessel according to the invention has the particular advantage that a piston can be installed. This makes it possible to realize a simple pressure accumulator for gases, for example for nitrogen, which is operated with hydraulic oil. The invention relates to the field of pressure vessels for gases or liquids with high pressures. The invention is applicable to high-pressure vessels for the transport and storage of gases and accumulators for storing the mechanical energy of hydraulic fluids by means of a high-pressure gas.
