Modified poly (meth) acrylate having reactive ethylenic groups and its use |
abstract |
ThenThe present invention relates to a synthetic resin based on partially crosslinkednPoly (meth) acrylate urethane (meth) acrylates in urethane (meth) acrylates, navailablenby: (a) providing (meth) acrylate monomers (I) which do not containnhaving isocyanate-reactive radicals, and of (meth) acrylate monomersn(II) having (an) isocyanate group-reactive group (s);n(b) polymerizing the (meth) acrylate monomers (I) and (II) into onenPoly (meth) acrylate (III), the isocyanate-reactive radicalsnhaving; (c) reacting the poly (meth) acrylate (III) with an isocyanate compoundn(IV) having more than one isocyanate group in a mannernin that 5 to 40% of the isocyanate groups of the isocyanate compound (IV)nreact with the aforementioned isocyanate-reactive radicals;npartial crosslinking of (III) increasing the weight averagenMolecular weight by a factor of 2 to 20 occurs by a givenn(IV) each with more than one of its isocyanate groups with morenas a given (III) reacts; and (d) reacting the in (c)ncomposition obtained with (meth) acrylate monomers (II). ThenSynthetic resin can be used as a binder, for examplenin a radically curablenComposition suitable for the production of composite materials, ncomposite workpiecesnand paints having advantageous physical and chemical propertiesnsuitable. |
