The binderneliminates the need to place the VVM in a separate facilitynto convict ornto provide separate printed circuit pads with which the VVMnis electrically connected. The binder and therefore the VVM canndirectly on many different substrate types, such as a rigid (FR-4) laminate,na polyimide or pure polymer. The VVMncan over itnto different types of substrates used in a devicencan be arranged to be applied. In one embodimentncontainsnthe VVM doped semiconducting particles with a core made of siliconncan be, and an inert coating, which can be an oxide.nThe particles are mixed in the binder with conductive particles.
