titleOfInvention | Automated filtration process and filtration system for process performance |
abstract | To observe the particle export from the sea surface, the content of the radioactive isotope 234 Thorium continuous can be determined. Since this occurs in particulate and in dissolved form, complete filtration requires two filtrations. Known filtration processes are based on a very special chemistry or are carried out completely manually manually. The filtration process according to the invention is automated in all process steps (filling, filtering, rinsing) and operates in a closed process cycle with two simple filtrations A, B. In filtration A, a water sample (WP), for example, obtained directly from the sea, is filtered to filter substance particles and temporarily stored (AB). The filtrate is then mixed with precipitating chemicals (CB) and fed to filtration B, where the dissolved substance is filtered out by adsorption to the precipitate. By measuring both filters from the filtrations A and B, the substance sought is completely and reproducibly detected. The automated filtration system (AFS) has stacked filter magazines with filters that are pushed in and out by means of filter slides and stored in guide rails. |
