titleOfInvention Top-emitting, electroluminescent component with at least one organic layer
abstract In order to improve the coupling-out efficiency in the case of a top-emitting OLED, a top-emitting electroluminescent component (100) is proposed, comprising a substrate, a first electrode (120) closest to the substrate, a second electrode (140) remote from the substrate, and at least a light emitting organic layer (130) disposed between both electrodes, wherein emitted light transmits through the second electrode. The component according to the invention is characterized in that on the side of the second electrode which faces away from the at least one organic layer, an additional layer (150) is arranged, which optically active, light-scattering heterogeneities (151, 152, 153), in particular in shape of scattering centers, wherein the transmittance of the additional layer of the emitted light is greater than 0.6. This additional layer can be applied by various wet-chemical processes and vacuum processes, the inhomogeneities being introduced or applied during and after the application process into and / or onto the decoupling additive layer. Moreover, the invention also relates to a method for producing such a component.
