abstract A bisphosphonic acid derivative having the general formula (I) is claimed, in which R 1 is H, OH, C 1 -C 6 -alkyl, C 1 -C 6 -alkoxy, C 1 -C 6 -hydroxyalkyl, C 1 -C 6 -aminoalkyl, C 1 -C 6 -haloalkyl, X is a direct bond, - (CH 2 CH 2 ) n -, - (OCR 3 HCH 2 ) m -, R 3 is H or CH 3 , - (CR 4 HCH 2 O) o -, R 4 is H or CH 3 , - (OCR 5 HCH 2 ) m - (C 1 -C 6 ) -, wherein R 5 is H or CH 3 , - (OCR 6 HCH 2 ) m - (C 1 -C 6 ) -, in which R 6 is H or CH 3 , R 2 is a radical of the formula (II) or a fatty acid chain consisting of 8 to 22 carbon atoms. The claimed compound can be used for the preparation of liposomal preparations and for the preparation of medicaments used for the treatment of animals and humans.
