titleOfInvention | Hydraulic control circuit for an automatic transmission of a vehicle |
abstract | A hydraulic control circuit (100) for an automatic transmission (16) of a vehicle, the transmission having hydraulically actuable clutch devices (C1, C2, B1, B2, B3), at least one of which is selectively operable to engage an associated one of gear ratios, and the hydraulic control circuit including electromagnetic valve means (SL1, SL2, SL3, SL4, SL5) outputting respective hydraulic pressures (P SL1 , P SL2 , P SL3 , P SL4 , P SL5 ) to operate the respective hydraulically operated clutch devices, wherein the hydraulic control circuit further comprises a total failure detecting and switching valve device (102, 106) which, from a total failure state of the electromagnetic valve devices, in which none of the electromagnetic valve devices supplies the corresponding hydraulic pressure, switches to an operating state which is a failure Position corresponds to as an e the hydraulic pressure (P D1 ) to output a hydraulic source pressure (P D ) to a first hydraulically operable coupling device (B3) of the plurality of hydraulically actuated coupling devices; and an operating condition storage valve (104), which is switched from a non-running position indicating that the vehicle is not running, to a parking state, based on an operating state of the vehicle before the total failure state of the electromagnetic valve devices has occurred. |
