abstract |
Photoactive component with organic layers comprising at least one sequence of organic thin films arranged between two contact layers, which comprises at least two doped transport layers and a photoactive layer and in a pin diode structure of an i-, a p-doped and an n-doped one Layer is arranged, wherein the doping leads to an increase of the density of free electrons in the n-doped layer and to an increase in the density of free holes in the p-doped layer in each case in the thermal equilibrium state, wherein the transport layers have a larger optical band gap than that photoactive layer and the pin diode structure is partially transparent from 350 nm to 2000 nm at least in a part of the solar spectrum. |
