Method and arrangement for obtaining and evaluating high-contrast images of the time-resolved fluorescence of moving objects, for example the fundus of the eye |
abstract |
The task was to improve the acquisition and evaluation of high-contrast images of the time-resolved fluorescence of moving objects. In particular, the overall measuring time should be shortened and the burden on the patient should be reduced for ophthalmological applications. According to the invention, large fluorescence sequences of individual images of the object (1) acquired in a short measuring time are stored in real time and each individual image of the fluorescence is evaluated with respect to a clear automatic recognition of at least one image structure given as a reference (12). An exemplary field of application is the measurement of a laser-excited autofluorescence of the living eye. |
