abstract | A conductive electroless metallized powder comprising: spherical core particles whose surface has amino groups, imino groups, amide groups, imide groups, cyano groups, hydroxy groups, nitrile groups or carboxyl groups; and a nickel film formed on the surface of each spherical core particle by an electroless plating method, wherein the crystal grain boundaries in the nickel film are oriented primarily in the direction of the thickness of the nickel film so that the crystal in the nickel film has a columnar structure primarily in the thickness direction of the film. |
