titleOfInvention | Sensor storage solution, sensor calibration solution and sensor |
abstract | An object of this invention is to prevent deterioration of a storage or calibration solution over time due to, for example, microorganisms or bacteria. Another object of this invention is to prevent deterioration of, for example, an enzyme or an organic layer in an electrode coating of a sensor, which is caused by a storage or calibration solution. Another object of this invention is to prevent an organic layer in an electrode coating from detaching from an adjacent layer or electrode caused by a storage or calibration solution. To accomplish these tasks, a storage solution 23 and a calibration solution in a sensor having an enzyme electrode 18 have an electrolyte, a pH buffering agent and a compound which contains a heterocycle with nitrogen and sulfur heteroatoms. |
