Substituted bicyclo [3.3.1] nonan-2,4,9-trione as active pharmaceutical ingredients |
abstract |
The use of substituted bicyclo [3.3.1] nonane-2,4,9-trions, in particular clusianon and clusianone derivatives, is described as active pharmaceutical ingredients or active pharmaceutical ingredients, in particular for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals for the prophylactic and / or therapeutic (curative) treatment of Tumor or cancer diseases and viral diseases. The aforementioned compounds can be used in cytostatics and antivirals. They act in particular as inhibitors of topoisomerases and telomerases and as regulators within MAP kinase signal transduction and can thus intervene at the cellular level in the multiplication mechanism of tumor or cancer cells and viruses. |
