abstract The invention has for its object to propose an adhesive that can be used in microsystem technology. In particular, it should be able to reliably and permanently connect objects made of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) with silicon or metal. DOLLAR A According to the invention, an adhesive consisting of a solution of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) in glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) and monomethyl methacrylate (MMA) and a radical starter is proposed. The adhesive can be used in particular for bonds in which one of the adhesive partners is made of PMMA. To create an adhesive connection, the adhesive is applied and the polymerization is awaited.
