titleOfInvention Electrical multilayer component and method for its production
abstract The invention relates to an electrical multilayer component with a layer stack (1) with dielectric layers (2) lying one above the other, which comprise a ceramic material, and with electrically conductive electrode layers (3) between them, in which at least one electrode layer (3) contains a body (4) which is covered by a protective layer (5) in which the body (4) contains a body metal and in which the protective layer (5) contains a protective material which slows down the oxidation of the body metal. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a component, wherein the sintering can be carried out at high temperatures. The stated invention enables ceramic multilayer components to be produced with inexpensive electrodes and with simplified manufacturing processes.
