abstract | A method, a device and a computer program for creating an emotional customer profile of a customer with regard to a product and for creating an emotional product profile are proposed. The emotional customer profile is created on the basis of a questionnaire with predetermined selectable answers, with selected answers serving to evaluate emotional profile criteria when answering the questions by means of customer profile creation rules. The emotional product profile is created on the basis of an evaluation of individual predetermined product features and product profile creation rules, whereby emotional criteria of the product profile are evaluated. |
