titleOfInvention | Sensor assembly and method for analyzing sweat |
abstract | The invention relates to a sensor arrangement and a method for analyzing sweat. It is intended for use in medicine, especially for the diagnosis and therapy control of cystic fibrosis. For in-situ analysis of sweat, a probe, which contains an electrically heated sensor chip, is placed on the skin. The sweat emerging from the skin surface as a result of the heating of the sensor chip is analyzed in a measuring chamber delimited by the semiconductor chip and the skin surface by means of the electrodes and sensors present on the semiconductor chip. |
