abstract | This method for detecting macromolecular biopolymers uses at least one unit for immobilizing macromolecular biopolymers. DOLLAR A The at least one unit for immobilizing macromolecular biopolymers is provided with capture molecules, the capture molecules on the one hand being able to bind macromolecular biopolymers and on the other hand having a label which can generate a detectable signal. In the method, a sample to be examined is then brought into contact with the at least one unit for immobilizing macromolecular biopolymers, wherein the sample to be examined can contain the macromolecular biopolymers to be detected. The macromolecular biopolymers contained in the sample to be examined are then bound to the capture molecules. Subsequently, capture molecules to which no macromolecular biopolymers to be detected have bound are removed and the macromolecular biopolymers are detected by means of the marking. |
