abstract An IC to be tested can be tested in a suitable temperature environment by simply connecting a test head to an automatic handling device without complicated processes. The automatic handling device is connected to the test head by a pipe section in the automatic handling device and a pipe section in the test head. The automatic handling device has a dry air supply unit that maintains a test environment of the IC to be tested by supplying dry air to the test head through the pipe sections. The automatic handling device has a line opening, while the test head has a connection opening which leads to the line opening when the automatic handling device and the test head are connected to one another.
