abstract |
The invention relates to isolated polynucleotides comprising a polynucleotide sequence selected from the group DOLLAR A a) polynucleotide which is at least 70% identical to a polynucleotide which codes for a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 2, DOLLAR A b) polynucleotide which codes for a polypeptide which contains an amino acid sequence which is at least 70% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 2, DOLLAR A c) Polynucleotide complementary to the polynucleotides of a) or b), and DOLLAR A d) polynucleotide containing at least 15 consecutive nucleotides of the polynucleotide sequence of a), b) or c), DOLLAR A and methods of fermentative production of L-amino acids using coryneform bacteria in which at least the citB gene is attenuated, and the use of the polynucleotides containing the sequences according to the invention as hybridization probes. |
