abstract | Assay system (I) comprising at least two test strips which are of flowable or flow supporting materials, is new. In (I) the test strips have either a common start point, or separate start points to take up one or more samples. The test strips have identical or different affinity molecules in increasing, decreasing or the same concentrations. The strips are preferred in the form of a barcode array in bands, points, point sequences or other geometric shapes. The end points of the lateral reaction flows can be in a direct relationship. The affinity molecules are A and G proteins or lectine or enzymes, receptors, ligands, single- and double-strand DNA or RNA or their fragments. |
