abstract Ratjadon derivatives are indicated that can stop the cell cycle of tumor cells in the G¶1¶ phase and / or have a lower cytotoxicity than Ratjadon. These are ratjadon derivatives of the formula DOLLAR F1 where R¶1¶, R¶2¶ and R¶3¶ are selected independently of one another from the group consisting of H, CH¶3¶ and C¶2¶H¶ 5¶ is, R¶4¶ is CH¶3¶ or C¶2¶H¶5¶, R¶5¶ is H or OH, and R¶6¶ and R¶7¶ are independently selected from the group consisting of consists of H, CH¶3¶, C¶2¶H¶5¶, nC¶3¶H¶7¶, iso-C¶3¶H¶7¶, DOLLAR F2 and DOLLAR F3, and where C10 R-configured is and C17 is R-configured if (a) C16 is R-configured and at the same time (b) neither R¶5¶, R¶6¶ or R¶7¶ is H. DOLLAR A Furthermore, a method for the synthesis of ratjadone derivatives is specified.
